Your appointment
At Shanti Beauty, every appointment is reserved especially for you. To keep the schedule running smoothly for all clients, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible if your plans change.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the value of the treatments cancelled.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on the time remaining, your treatment may need to be shortened. If you arrive too late for the treatment to go ahead, the appointment will be treated as missed and the 50% fee will apply.
Multiple treatments
If you have booked more than one treatment but choose not to have one or more on the day, those treatments will be treated as late cancellations and a charge of 50% of their individual price will apply.
If Shanti Beauty needs to cancel
You will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund of any payment already made for treatments that cannot be provided.
Courses & packages
Package conditions
Package pricing applies to the complete advertised course or combination only. Individual treatments remain charged at their normal price. Packages are not divisible, shareable or interchangeable.
Course payments
Courses are to be paid in full before commencement.
If you initially purchase an individual treatment and then promptly decide to continue with the advertised course, the first treatment may be credited toward that course where appropriate.
Stopping a course early
If you voluntarily stop a discounted course early, unused treatment value can be refunded. Outside any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, completed sessions may be recalculated at their normal individual treatment price rather than dividing the discounted package price evenly. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
